Oleg Smirnov
Oleg Smirnov is a U.S. Army National Guardsman who has dedicated himself to the belief that every American deserves access to serious, professional training. He brings the standards he learned in the military to the instruction available to civilians in his community.
As an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and NRA Range Safety Officer, Oleg brings a methodical, safety-first approach to every class. He does not cut corners on fundamentals, because he knows that solid fundamentals are what keep people safe when it matters most. His CPR/AED/First Aid and OC Spray Instructor certifications round out his commitment to whole-person preparedness. He wants his students ready not just to protect, but to save lives.
Oleg's teaching style is direct and patient. He meets every student where they are, whether that is a complete beginner who has never touched a firearm or an experienced shooter looking to sharpen their skills. His goal is simple: you leave his class more capable and more confident than when you walked in.

Christian Serra is a retired U.S. Marine who spent years training and operating in high-pressure environments that demand absolute proficiency with firearms. He joined Tactical Aid Group to bring that same standard of discipline and technical precision to civilian instruction.
Christian's classes are demanding in the best way. He does not believe in shortcuts, but he also does not believe in leaving anyone behind. His approach is to meet every student where they are and push them to a level of competence they did not think was possible when they walked in.
Beyond the mechanics of shooting, Christian emphasizes the mindset of preparedness. He wants his students to understand not just how to handle a firearm, but how to think clearly and act decisively when it matters most.
