3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in any of our courses or services, unless otherwise specified. Certain courses may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to confirmation by Tactical Aid Group.

- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a cancellation by Tactical Aid Group, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Contact us at

Participation in firearms training, OC spray certification, and related activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants are expected to:

- Treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with respect.
- Arrive on time and prepared for the course.
- Refrain from participating while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect participation.
Tactical Aid Group reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.
